January 24, 2005--ANOTHER DOCTOR JOINS THE STAFF--Arkansas Orthodontics is expanding the staff again to serve you better. Dr. Jill Self-Pike has joined our staff as our new appliance technician /general dentist to Bentonville. We will be starting expanded office hours there in January 2005. December 15, 2004--LOSING SOME TRUSTED FRIENDS--This past few weeks we lost a couple of our favorites and our best. Both Jeanna Mohr and Jara Jeter were vital and trusted parts of our team here at Arkansas Orthodontics. Jeanna is moving to Austin, Texas, and Jara is moving to Dallas. December 1, 2004--ONE OF DR. Ps HOBBIES--Dr. Pickard and Mary Ann just got back from the Thanksgiving holiday with their daughter, son-in-law and beautiful grandchildren. One of Dr. Pickard's hobbies is cake decorating, and he did a Lizzy McGuire cartoon cake for Sarai Harding [the oldest girl]--her birthday is this week. September 25, 2004--LAURA'S WEDDING--We are so happy to announce the wedding of Laura Garner to Saul Scaife. They were married on Saturday September 25th in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the Conway [Arkansas] Country Club. Take a look at the wedding.

July 11, 2004--VACATION PICTURES--Dr. Pickard and his entire family [all 12 of them] have just returned from their annual family vacation in Callaway Gardens, Georgia. You are not going to believe some of these vacation pictures.
July 1, 2004--APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN / GENERAL DENTIST--We have added a fantastic new member to our Arkansas Orthodontic's team. We are ramping up for the arrival of Dr. Wade Kifer, our new appliance technician. You will want to meet Kristen Head--take a look at her biography page.
June 29, 2004--The new Krispy Kreme has had its Grand Opening in Bentonville. They are neighbors of ours, and the parking lot is crowded all the time. Of course, we were directly involved with all of the fun. The staff of Arkansas Orthodontics managed to get 25 dozen fresh hot donuts ahead of the official opening and took them to all of the area dental offices that were working on Friday, June 25th. Here is a picture and story about the delivery crew.
June 14--The planning and preparation are finally over, and we are adding our first new dentist to the Arkansas Orthodontics team. Beginning August 1st, Dr. Wade Kifer will be joining our team as an appliance technician. He is thoroughly trained and experienced in what we do here, and he will be totally dedicated to the placement, repair and removal of our orthodontic appliances.
June 11--Today was the official "Open House" for the new facility in Bentonville. There were representatives from 15 offices that were slated to be our guests, and we had a great crowd of doctors, thier families and staff. The Ribbon Cutting Crews from Bentonville-Bella Vista and Rogers-Lowell Chambers of Commerce were there too. Take a look at the party!
June 7--We have a couple of really fantastic "jewels" in the team at Arkansas Orthodontics. We are proud to have Hannah Mills on our team. She brings a lot of training and experience, and she is a great addition to our power team. Amelia Bautista comes to us with a lot of skills and formal dental assistant training, and her Spanish skills are a super addition. TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR PAGES!
May 17, 2004--We are about to lose a couple of our excellent team members. Jessica Dominguez is going back to Texas to go to college full time so that she can get into dental school as quickly as possible, and Blake Showalter has been admitted to dental school at the University of Tennessee. He will be going there in mid-summer. They both will be leaving on the 27th of May. Take a look at their pages!
May 1, 2004--Wow, another assistant, Olivia Branch, has tied the knot. Olivia is now Mrs. Chris Powell, and was she glowing at the wedding. They were married at First Baptist Church in Prairie Grove. Here are some great pictures of the wedding.
April 26, 2004--Arkansas Orthodontics has added three new "stars" to our team. Jara Jeter and Elise Edwards are joining our chairside assisting team, and Jeanna Mohr will be helping you out at the front desk and on the telephone. April 22, 2004--We have lost one of our favorite people this week. Paige Kidd, is moving to Tulsa looking for a job as a orthodontic assistant and planning to get married on September 1st. Paige was always an exciting addition to our office, and nothing was ever boring around our "Crazy" Paige.
April 17, 2004--Well, our assistant, Stareiss Noble, has a new name. Star was married today to Lance Leder. Here are some great pictures of the wedding.
