How to Operate Emergency Cell Phones

The two key principles of our practice philosophy guide us in our relationships with our patients. First, we place value on you and your time, and second, we feel that there should be no surprises in your treatment. In this regard, we have someone on the staff available to you at all times.

The offices at Arkansas Orthodontics use numerous pagers and cell phones to make the doctors and staff available to you. Because when you have questions, concerns or needs, we want to be there for you.

When calling any of the doctors, dial the number carefully and use the area code if necessary.  If the staff member does not answer be sure to leave a voice message.

The staff and doctors always carry a cell phone.  You can call them and leave a message if they don't answer immediately.

Be sure to include your name and the telephone number where you are at that time--PLEASE BE VERY PRECISE.  If there is no reply within 60 minutes, repeat the process. If one cell phone does not respond, try another one after 60 minutes.
