RP-3 RISE OF THE MACHINES?
The Roly Poly-Nator Meets The Incredible Hulk
Episode [ONE] [TWO] [THREE] [FOUR] [FIVE] [SIX] [SEVEN]
Is it a surprise to anyone that Dr. Pickard spent part of his Florida vacation checking out yet another Roly Poly Restaurant? He spent the week following July 4 on vacation in sunny [until Hurricane Dennis rolled in] Florida. Here you see him heading into the Orlando Roly Poly.

The morning was spent in Islands of Adventure and Universal City in Orlando. Anyone ridden the “Dueling Dragons” rollercoaster before? Dr. P recommends it highly…just not after a couple of breakfast burritos and a large orange juice! It was several hours before he recovered well enough [severe nausea] to leave the park for a Roly Poly lunch!

It may not come as a surprise to you, but the Roly Poly managers are all amazed that Dr. P is such a “groupie”! This is Dave, the manager for the Orlando restaurant. Dr. P tried two new sandwiches: the Key West Cuban Mix [#23] and the Turkey Applejack [#39]. The Cuban got a “three and a half star” rating and the Turkey Applejack was a “four star” sandwich.

The Roly Poly–Nator shirt got its next signature on the Roly Poly tour and, so far, has not been stained by the experience. Feeling revived by his lunch, Dr. P bade farewell to the Orlando restaurant and headed back to the Islands of Adventure park. Upon his return to the park, the Roly Poly-Nator did battle with the Incredible Hulk Rollercoaster [dial up] or [broadband].

Even though a couple of hours had passed since lunch [and apparently Dr. P thought the Roly Poly-Nator could handle the battle], it was a challenging fight. Superhero fans will be glad to know that even though Dr. P turned as green as the Hulk, he refused to “give up” [toss] his Roly Poly. The battle was a “draw.”
